The planner activity guide must be written from training material approved by the company. Because conduct, permitted claims and prohibited practices are directly tied to regulation, we do not draft this ourselves before receiving the source document.

- Seller obligations and prohibited conduct
- Permitted and prohibited expressions when describing products (material 05)
