Environment
RIMAN continues to reduce the environmental burden of its packaging and containers. The ICD Calming Balance Gel uses a PCR tube made from more than 90% recycled plastic, up from 40%. In 2026 we are co-developing biodegradable cosmetic packaging with CJ CheilJedang.
In 2024 we sponsored the Net Zero 2050 Climate Foundation, and in 2022 we received a Minister of Environment award.
Quality and safety
Efficacy claims are based on human application tests, and every figure is published together with the testing institute, the test period and the test subjects. Many products have passed primary irritation testing on sensitive skin and hypoallergenic testing, and we hold German Dermatest 5-STAR certification and halal certification from the Korea Muslim Federation (KMF).
On information security, we received ISMS certification from the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA) in 2020.
Our compliance programme as a sponsored door-to-door seller, the consumer redress procedure and mutual aid association membership all need to be confirmed against source documents. Writing copy before the facts are verified could produce regulated claims, so this section is left empty.
